Returns Policy

We are a growing company and make great efforts to bring you only the best. We want you to love and cherish your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will provide you with a full refund of the item purchase price, less applicable return shipping charges, delivery costs and any international duties & taxes. Please note that we do not refund original shipping costs. We we will accept the return of items that are in new, unused condition, with original tags/Security tag attached and all original packaging and other components included, when accompanied by the original receipt/invoice. All returns must be completed within 72 hours of receipt of the item.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us  on receipt with your order number and details about the product you would like to return including the reason why you are returning the product. We would provide you with a return address. Remember to include in your package the reason for your return and the original receipt.


Return Exceptions

Certain items may be subject to additional restrictions on return/exchange as noted on the tag, packing slip or posted online. Items received by us that are ineligible for return and items received after the allowable return period will not be processed and may be returned to you at your cost. Merchandise that has been deemed worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange and will be sent back at the customer's expense. 

Sales and discounted items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. These items have already been substantially discounted and are therefore Final Sale items.


Packaging Instructions

By Mail

Please follow these instructions:

1. Complete the required information on the packing slip included with your package.
2. Securely pack your merchandise with original tags intact and not broken, a copy of your receipt making sure to include all pages of the packing slip . Please try to use the original shipping box and materials if undamaged otherwise a new one will be appreciated.
3. Mail your package and ensure you keep your tracking number. We will not be responsible for goods lost in transit.



Once we receive your item, we will notify you on the status of your refund. Items received by us that are ineligible for return and items received after the allowable return period will not be processed and will be returned to you at your cost.  

Your refund will be processed in the same form of payment originally used for your purchase. However, in some cases your refund may be processed in the form of a cheque. 

You should expect to receive your refund excluding delivery costs and any international duties & taxes within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). You should receive an email confirming the completion of return processing. 


Shipping Costs For Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if not originally paid by you.



  • All orders are shipped within 7 days after placing the order. 

  • U.S.A and International customers are responsible for custom fees(Duties and Taxes) applied by their country's Customs and Border Protection if item is shipped to a U.S.A or International address.

  •  We currently ship to Canada and U.S.A. If you would like an item shipped internationally, send an email to and we would review on a case by case basis.

  • We offer free ground shipping to addresses in Canada on purchases over $300 (excluding NWT, Yukon and Nunavut).

  • U.S.A - up to 60$ flat rate applies to ground shipping addresses in Continental U.S.A. You may also pick from any other quote if displayed online.

  • For certain orders, free Shipping & Handling may not be available in your area. We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time without prior notice (even after an order has been submitted), including in cases where free Shipping & Handling does not apply to your area.


We use either of the following carriers to deliver orders:

2. Fedex 

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders may not have tracking numbers. 

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. 

Back Orders

In the event an item is temporarily out of stock or Pre-order, you will be notified with anticipated shipping date. The remaining order will be fully processed and shipped. Backorders surpassing 90 days will automatically be cancelled unless otherwise agreed upon.

Merchandise Damaged in Shipping

  • All damages incurred during shipping are the sole responsibility of the carrier and not alasophie. Inspect all packages completely at time of delivery and notify driver of any damage. Contact carrier immediately if damage is found after delivery to file a claim. Maintain all packing materials for carriers’ inspection.

  • When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. 

  • Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.  To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Over time, the leather will acquire a patina and may also darken due to the oils from your skin and direct sunlight, further enhancing the natural look of your handbag or small leather item.
